This deposit contract is effective when signed below by the Buyer listed above and a $150.00 deposit is due and paid and is
received by Breeder when bitch is confirmed being bred and due 8 days of confirmation or will loose your place in line. Contract
references the animal to be selected for sale (hereinafter referred to as Puppy). The following terms and conditions are agreed
to between Seller and Buyer.
1. With this contract the Buyer reserves a puppy per the specifications noted below.
2. Show/Performance Potential puppies are defined as individuals selected by the Seller that are exceptional examples of
the breed. They are sold with full AKC and/or ASCA registration papers, and health guarantee warranty.
3. Pet Quality puppies are defined as individuals selected by the Seller who will be excellent companion animals, but would
not necessarily improve upon the next generation. These pups are NEVER to be bred. They are sold on Spay/Neuter contracts
with limited AKC and/or ASCA registration, and health guarantee warranty. Papers will be held until owners can provide proof of
spay or neuter of pup then papers will be signed and sent to owner of pup.
4. Seller receives from Buyer a one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) deposit to secure the Buyers selection, or position on
the reservation list. (Position noted below when Bitch is confirmed pregnant and with litter then deposit will be due within 8 days
of confirmation to buyer).
5. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the purchase price of the puppy.
6. Balance of puppy cost will be due upon selection of puppy at or before eight (8) weeks.
7. The Seller reserves the right to cancel this contract, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.
8. If Seller determines that the individual characteristics desired is not available out of the chosen litter then Seller will
consider this contract void and refund deposit in full.
9. Puppy selections must be made by the age of eight (8) weeks or pick order will be forfeited.
10. The puppy may be returned within 72 hours for a full refund if said puppy is found by a veterinarian to be unhealthy or
to have a congenital defect. The puppy must be examined by a veterinarian of the owner’s choice within 72 hours of receiving
the pup or terms of the guarantee are not valid.
11. Puppies held for two weeks beyond their earliest departure age will be charged board at the rate of five dollars ($5.00)
/day and additional vaccination costs, if necessary, unless other arrangements are made between the Seller and Buyer, or if the
puppy must be held for unavoidable reasons (including but not limited to embargo or national emergency). Payment is due in full
upon receipt of puppy or prior to shipping.
12. Puppies will not be released to new homes until the age of eight (8) weeks. Puppies being shipped via air will be held
until reaching the appropriate age for shipping per airline regulations.
13. Buyers will pay all shipping expenses including but not limited to the purchase of small shipping crate, health certificate,
and flight costs. Seller will work with Buyer to secure appropriate flight arrangements. Payment due prior to shipping.
Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to buy one Australian Shepherd puppy as noted:
**Please note: Placing the right puppy personality wise that fits into you home/family/lifestyle is much more important with will
have much more weight than color preference.**

This contract places you on our waiting list and only guarantees that you will receive a puppy from the current litter between the
above listed Australian Shepherds due approximately . This contract does not guarantee the color or sex of your
puppy nor your preference between show and pet / performance. We at BigG’s will do our best to fill your wish on sex and color
and quality of pup. Show quality or pet/performance.

A copy of this contract will be sent back to puppy buyer with all puppy information filled in and verified after bitch has been
confirmed pregnant and then deposit will be due and required in full after notification of 8 days or you will loose your place in
line of litter pick.
